Application instructions:

Lie down and place TriggerBack on the area where you have tension or discomfort, be it in the lumbar spine, neck or under the thoracic spine. Take a deep breath and allow yourself to relax. You can use TriggerBack both statically (without movement) and actively (with slow movements).

Try different slow movements depending on the position of TriggerBack. Gently rotate the head when using it in the neck, raise the arms when using TriggerBack in the thoracic spine, or pull the legs up when using it in the lumbar spine. Change the direction of TriggerBack as the trigger points are different sizes and can produce different effects.
